A person standing alone on the platform of a train station in front of a moving train, captured in black and white.
A black and white photo of a solitary person walking on an empty, wide road with a cloudy sky in the background.
A person with their back to the camera stands in the dark, illuminated by a spotlight from a drone above. The drone is shining a bright light downward through a cloud of mist or smoke, with some broken glass and abstract artwork or debris in the foreground.

Under the alias “Freleex” I try to explore the limits of B&W art, mainly (but not bound to) photography. I like minimalist but contrasty scenes, capturing a good mix of pure, raw, unfiltered street moments and more artistic, abstract compositions

INFO

While most of my projects revolve around black and white, I’ve also explored color when the concept or emotion called for it. My work blends spontaneous street moments with more structured sessions—as long as there’s a strong artistic intention behind them. I’m not interested in creating on demand, but on impulse: if the idea moves me, I’ll go for it.

Beyond photography, I’ve worked with video on different levels—sometimes just shooting what I was told to, and other times taking care of the full creative direction, organization, and final edit. I’m drawn to anything that can tell a story through visuals, whether it’s a stolen moment, an atmosphere, or an abstract idea.

If you’ve got an idea worth exploring, feel free to reach out.
